First name revealed for I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here
HERE'S a clue: last year it proved more appealing than Audi, BMW and Lexus.
Isuzu Ute its about to enter the reality TV spotlight.
While those swinging into the South African jungle are yet to be announced for this year's edition of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, Isuzu has confirmed its much-loved dual cab ute will take centre stage.
The D-Max is the official automotive partner for series four.
Rumours of who will be in the jungle have been in overdrive for months, with the favourites former Nanny Fran Drescher, commentator Prue MacSween, convicted drug smuggler Schapelle Corby's sister Mercedes, radio host Kyle Sandilands, TV personality Grant Denyer, comedian Rove McManus, singer Guy Sebastian and tennis legend Lleyton Hewitt.
"I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here is all about taking celebrities out of their comfort zone in an extreme environment. The Isuzu D-Max is never out of its comfort zone which makes Isuzu Ute's sponsorship a perfect partnership. Ten is thrilled to have Isuzu Ute's support for a second year," Network Ten head of entertainment and factual programming Stephen Tate said.
Isuzu Ute Australia's marketing general manager Mike Conybeare said the program was in perfect alignment with the marque's 'Go Your Own Way' slogan.
"There is no better vehicle to get you out of the jungle (or into it for that matter) than an Isuzu D-Max or MU-X, so we are very excited to engage with Australian families through the show and give them a chance to win a brand new Isuzu," he said.
There will also be a chance for viewers to win the Isuzu of their choice - either the D-Max ute or the MU-X SUV.
I'm A Celebrity premieres on Sunday, January 28, at 7.30pm on Ten.
